RECIPE FOR SALMON ROLLS WITH DILL AND TZATZIKI

1 cucumber

1 avocado

Red cabbage

Chive

Salmon

tzatziki

Dill (for decoration)
STEPS

Cut half the cucumber into 6 thin slices.

Turn the other half into sticks.

Slice the avocado thinly.

Slice the red cabbage.

Chop the chives.

On a sheet of cling film, arrange slices of salmon forming a rectangle.

Apply a layer of Tzatziki to the salmon.

Add a line of cucumber, then the red cabbage and chives in thin layers.

Roll the whole thing up tightly.

Refrigerate for 1 hour for better hold.

Cut into 3 centimeter pieces.
